Our team for the Junior level has a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in practicing law in Indonesia and for the senior and partner levels a minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in practicing law in Indonesia.

Rahdityanto Regowo, S.H.

MANAGING PARTNER

Rahdityanto (Tyo) is the Managing Partner of REX Advisor with more than 11 years of experience, having previously worked in several top-tier law firms. Tyo is an experienced and versatile litigator. He graduated from Parahyangan University (UNPAR).

Tyo has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat – “PKPA”), passed the Advocate Profession Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat – “UPA”), and become an Advocate and part of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – “PERADI”), Jakarta, Indonesia.

Tyo is a qualified advocate and had assisted clients in all industry sectors and practice areas, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation, energy, oil and gas, shipping, mining, insurance, IT and Telecommunication law, land and environmental disputes. Tyo also assisted clients with anti-corruption and compliance training and frequently advises on administrative disputes including representing a client on a state administrative court related to major oil and gas, energy and infrastructure projects.

Rexy H. Hutabarat, S.H.

PARTNER

Rexy is a Partner of REX Advisor Law Firm. Rexy previously worked in top-tier law firm and Indonesian prominent law firm. He graduated as a Summa Cum Laude from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) with Business Law specialization.

Rexy has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat – “PKPA”), passed the Advocate Profession Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat – “UPA”), and become an Advocate and part of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – “PERADI”), Jakarta, Indonesia.

Rexy is a qualified Advocate focusing on general corporate matters, foreign direct investment, legal due diligence, compliance, business dispute, civil dispute works for many field of businesses.

Rexy works in contentious matters extend across all industry sectors and practice areas. His clients comes from various countries and industries including tech company, trade, contractor, oil and gas, mining, financial institution, real estate and many others.

Rexy is actively involved in organizations as an administrator in the “Young Lawyer Committee”, a Young Lawyer Organization under PERADI (YLC PERADI).

Rizki Imral Rakhim, S.H.

Imral is a partner of REX Advisor with more than 13 years of experience, having previously worked in several top-tier law office affiliated with international firm. He graduated as from Padjadjaran University.

Imral has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat – “PKPA”), passed the Advocate Profession Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat – “UPA”), and become an Advocate and part of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – “PERADI”), Jakarta, Indonesia.

Imral is a qualified advocate which has built a solid reputation in representing clients on various dispute resolution process including arbitration and industrial relation court. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), he is also uniquely positioned to assist client in conducting internal investigation to expose commercial fraud and ABAC compliance.

Throughout his career, he has established rapport with various individual and multinational company clients on various industries including plantation, construction, financial institution, manufacturing and property developer.

Damar Ariotomo

PARTNER

Damar is a Partner at REX Advisor, bringing over 8 years of experience to his role. Before joining REX Advisor, he worked with a prominent Indonesian Law Firm affiliated with an International Firm. He holds a degree from Padjadjaran University.

Damar has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat– “PKPA”), passed the Advocate Profession Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat – “UPA”), and become an Advocate and part of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – “PERADI”), Jakarta, Indonesia. Damar also a qualified member of the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – “AKPI”).

Damar has extensive experience in dispute resolution, handling a broad range of cases including commercial, corruption, criminal, administrative, industrial, and bankruptcy matters. In addition to his expertise in dispute resolution, Damar has significant experience in corporate law, particularly in the capital markets. Notably, he pioneered the landmark precedent for the go-private process in Indonesia.
